BOOKING CONDITIONS OF SALES AND CANCELLATION
1 / Reservation Confirmation :
The reservation is confirmed only when the deposit is paid in an amount equal to 30% of the total price of your stay will be deducted from the bill. You can adjust these payments in 2 ways: – Either by credit card. The cardholder expressly grants permission to SARL Castle Chantore perform a remote sales since the CB terminal and debit the amount of installments agreed in the terms of sale . – Or by sending a check payable to Castle Chantore . The deposit is cashed upon receipt. It is from the collection of a deposit your booking will be firm . The payment of a deposit implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. The balance of the stay will be made on the day of departure.
2 / Your stay
Check in: Rooms are available from 17:00 .
Check Out: The release of the rooms, the day of departure must be to 12:00.
Access to the property, the park is reserved exclusively for guests staying in the hotel.
The client agrees to make the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay, to declare and assume financial support to any possible degradation which it could be liable on the property. If damage were reported after the start, SARL Castle Chantore would be allowed to return to the client.
Our pets are not accepted .
SARL Castle Chantore is authorized to assign another room as indicated on the rental agreement if constraints present themselves .
3 / Cancellation:
Canceled or modified up to 7 days prior to arrival : we keep the deposit of 30 %.
In case of no show or cancellation within 7 days, we charge 100% of stay .
In case of shortened stay, the price for the cost of the initial accommodation is fully committed to the SARL Castle Chantore .
In case of cancellation of a reservation due to the SARL Castle Chantore , it undertakes to inform the client of the cancellation of the reservation by any means and to repay the installments paid by the client within 8 days.
The tourist tax of € 0.55 per person per day is payable in addition . Rates shown include VAT.
The acceptance and compliance with these terms and conditions shall be deemed granted upon payment of installments.
